THRIVE FOR LONGEVITY, INC. · WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Programs
Full-time or part-time, per current agreement
Start date: N/A, existing role
THE ORGANIZATION
Thrive for Longevity is a women’s health literacy and preventive care education platform. We regard women navigating perimenopause through post menopause as serious people making consequential decisions, and we translate evidence into education they can bring to their own physicians. We are education only. We do not provide medical advice, individual analysis, or clinical interpretation. Our editorial standard sits closer to serious health journalism than to the wellness category, and that distinction governs what we say, what we accept funding for, and who we partner with.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Every program Thrive runs, Book Circle, Know Your Numbers, Film Series, and Community Programming, needs someone on the ground executing logistics: venue, RSVP flow, materials, on-site experience, and follow-up. This role is that execution engine. It runs each program to a defined playbook rather than setting the strategy behind it.
WHAT THIS ROLE OWNS
Event and session logistics.
Venue coordination, room setup, materials, timing, and the on-site attendee experience for every recurring program session.
Registration and RSVP management.
Tracking sign-ups, sending confirmations and reminders, and reconciling actual attendance against registration.
Vendor and venue relationships.
Day-to-day coordination with partner venues and vendors within an agreed program playbook.
Post-session follow-up.
Attendee surveys, thank-you communications, and basic attendance reporting up to the Director of Marketing and Programs.
HOW THIS ROLE IS SCOPED
This role executes against a defined playbook for each program type. It does not set program strategy, marketing direction, or content approach. Each new program or format needs a clear playbook from the Director of Marketing and Programs before this role can run it independently. Where a playbook does not yet exist, building one together is a priority, so that execution does not depend on step-by-step direction for every session.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Each recurring program runs smoothly against its playbook without escalation for routine decisions.
Registration and attendance data is accurate and delivered on a set schedule. New programs move from playbook to independent execution within an agreed number of sessions, rather than requiring ongoing direction indefinitely.
