Documentary screenings followed by expert-led Q&A panels with physicians and clinicians. A monthly entry point for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the questions that come with them. The starting point of the Thrive framework, where awareness becomes the first step toward informed care.

Her home for education in midlife health.

In the modern world, women are operating at the center of increasingly complex systems, health, caregiving, and financial decision-making, often simultaneously. Women are living longer, working longer, leading at higher levels, and serving as primary decision makers for family health care. However, the systems designed to support them have not evolved at the same pace.
Thrive exists to close that gap, not as another wellness brand, but as a serious education platform built for serious decisions.
Our Programs
A monthly reading curriculum across our seven Pillars of Health, designed to deepen knowledge over time. Each month features two sessions: a member-led discussion mid-month and an author or expert Q&A in the final week. Books are selected for their evidence base and editorial standard.
A biomarker literacy curriculum, structured across beginner, intermediate, and advanced tiers. Members learn how to understand what common biomarkers mean, what to ask their providers, and engage in preventive care with confidence. Educational only, no individual analysis or clinical interpretation provided.
Journaling workshops, expert panel discussions, and member mixers throughout the year. Designed to integrate what members are learning across the Film Series, Know Your Numbers, and Book Circle, while building the kind of relationships that sustain long-term engagement with one’s own health.
