Thrive 2026: A Blueprint for Every Decade of Life
Thursday, November 5, 2026
The Sailfish Club of Florida, Palm Beach
Main program 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Thrive 2026 is Thrive for Longevity’s flagship women’s health and longevity experience, built as a working day rather than a lecture series. The day moves through awareness, education, action, and belonging.
Five interconnected systems begin shifting in the mid to late thirties, long before most women are told to pay attention: cardiovascular health, oral health and its systemic reach, brain health and cognition, muscle and bone, and gut health and nutrition. Most women piece this together in fragments, across years of appointments that each address one thing. Thrive 2026 draws the full picture in a single day.
Each system is taught the same way: the science, the biomarkers that matter, and what to do with them, led by board-certified physicians who stay in the room for the full day rather than presenting and leaving. Every session is taught by decade, so what you hear applies to the stage you are actually in: thirties, forties, fifties, sixties and beyond.
Between sessions, you meet in a decade cohort, women in the same stage working through the same questions. Michaeline Daboul guides the arc from open to close. Sarah Platt-Finger leads embodied practice and Karen Geiger leads guided journaling.
Morning activations open by advance sign-up. Details are released to registered attendees.
You leave with a Blueprint, your own evidence-based plan for the decade you are in, written in language you can take straight to your doctor.
Faculty and the full agenda are released in September.
