Join Thrive for Longevity, SPOKEmed, and Higher Order for Your Longevity Blueprint: The Health Conversations Every Woman Should Have, an engaging educational workshop designed to help women take a more proactive and informed approach to their long-term health.

This 60-minute conversation will bring together Michaeline Daboul, Founder and CEO of Thrive for Longevity, and Michelle Middleton, PA-C, Founder of SPOKEmed, for a practical discussion about the health factors that can shape how women feel, function, and thrive through midlife and beyond.

Together, they will explore the bigger picture of women’s longevity—from prevention and early awareness to hormones, metabolic health, important health markers, and personalized care. Attendees will gain insights into the conversations they should be having with their healthcare providers and practical steps they can take to better understand and advocate for their own health.

Turning Knowledge Into Action – 15 minutes

Michelle will share practical insights into hormones, metabolic health, health markers, preventive care, and ways women can become more informed participants in their healthcare.

Fireside Conversation – 15 minutes

A candid conversation connecting longevity education with real-world healthcare and the questions women should be asking at every stage of life.

Audience Q&A & Closing – 10 minutes

An opportunity for attendees to ask questions and walk away with practical next steps for their own longevity journey.
