A Seat at the Table
This Women’s Health & Longevity event, A Seat at the Table, brings together Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Thrive for Longevity, and SPOKE Med. Join us for an intimate morning of networking and meaningful conversation. We built this event for women who want more than small talk. Expect real dialogue about the professional and personal journeys that shape how we lead, and how we care for ourselves while doing it.
In this conversation, hear directly from Michaeline Daboul, Founder and CEO of Thrive for Longevity. She will be joined by Michelle Middleton, PA-C of SPOKE Med. Together, they will share their own professional paths. They will also open a conversation about understanding and optimizing the mind, body, and health through midlife. This is not a lecture. It is a working conversation among women who are actively making decisions about their health, their careers, and the years ahead.
What to expect
We designed this small-group setting for real connection, not a packed ballroom. Guests will hear how two women in very different fields think about resilience and decision-making. One leads a nonprofit, while the other practices clinical medicine. Both will speak to how they navigate health and career at once. Attendees leave with practical insight into midlife health. They also leave with a stronger network of women asking the same questions they are.
Why this event matters
Midlife brings a lot at once. Women are managing leadership responsibilities, family demands, and a changing body, often without an open conversation about it at a professional event. As a result, this gathering closes that gap. It treats health literacy as part of professional life, not separate from it.
This Women’s Health & Longevity event, A Seat at the Table, supports Thrive for Longevity’s Mind-Body & Emotional Wellbeing and Community & Connection pillars. It also complements our Community Programming, including Book Circle and Know Your Numbers. Both programs are open to women who want to go deeper after this conversation.
We limited seating to preserve the intimacy of the format, so reserve your seat today.
